Returns Process

If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

In cases where the item needs to be returned to us for assessment or repair, we will provide instructions on how to do so. If the item is found to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a refund, repair, or replacement.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Click the ‘get in touch’ button, fill out the contact form, or email us at, [email protected], with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Once we have received your email we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us if needed.
Receiving a Refund

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm the issue. If approved we will contact you about the next steps. If receiving a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are only refundable if no other items were shipped together with the faulty item.

Authority to Leave

By default we send out orders with authority to leave at your deliver address. Any notes regarding the location of the delivery can be left in the comments section of your order.

Deliveries with signature required are available on request. 

Change of Mind

Our products are made to order, so unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully before finalising your purchase. If you have questions please reach out so we can assist you.
