We are a family-run business based in Cambridge, New Zealand, creating beautiful, joy-filled, party dresses and celebration cakes. 

You might imagine us as parents to little girls, twirling in ruffled princess dresses, but at Mane & Tusk, it’s quite the opposite. We’re the proud parents of two adventurous, energetic boys who would inevitably get mud and dirt on any clothes we hand-made for them! While we wouldn’t trade their wild spirits for the world, Madi (mum) always dreamed of creating beautiful, whimsical dresses full of wonder and sparkle. So, with no willing models at home, the idea for Mane & Tusk was born.

What began with dreamy, handcrafted party dresses has now grown into something even sweeter — a collection of celebration cakes to match. Designed with the same love and joy as our dresses, each cake is made fresh by Logan (dad), who brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, including as a head chef and restaurant owner. He bakes each cake from scratch and creates perfect buttercream, while Madi steps in for the decorating. Together, we’ve created something truly special for your most magical occasions.
