New Zealand Wide Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $8 for shipping on all orders, excluding cakes, which are local pick up only.
Delivery Times
- North Island: 1-3 business days
- South Island: 2-4 business days
- Rural Deliveries: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to rural areas.
Production Time
All our products are handmade to order. Our dresses and knits take up to 6 days to produce and get on the courier.
Our cakes require a minimum 3 day production time – we don’t courier these, they need to be picked up from our homebased store in Madison Street, Cambridge.
Important Information:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
- If you are picking your order up you will receive an email when it’s ready to collect. This will contain your pick up time and the address.
